As a courtesy to prospective clients, Manny Avila, Esq. will provide an initial review of your case or matter  at no charge, via a brief initial free scheduled phone conference.

While it is necessary to fully review all relevant facts, documents and laws, prior to providing a retained client with an actual legal opinion, the initial free phone conference will provide an overall sense of the issues involved in your legal matter and whether our attorneys and experts may be able to help you.  So, feel free to “pick our brains” related to your legal problems.  We may suggest actionable next steps to get you on track for resolving your matter and together we will also determine whether scheduling an in-depth consultation, via an office, video, or telephone meeting, is the next right step.
