In the role of General Legal Counsel, when requested by the Client, Manny Avila helps to protect the Client’s best interests by:

  • Serving to review and consider on behalf of the Client the advice offered and work performed by  specially retained primary attorneys hired by the Client for such highly specialized legal fields;
  • Helping to explain the issues to the Client; and
  • Helping the primary counsel to remain focused on the best interests of the Client.
